Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Not in a Custom Build. These sites do not come with a dashboard you edit yourself, so changes come back to us. The rounds of changes in your package cover the build, and after that we agree a care plan. If you want to change prices and products yourself, you want Instant Shop, our ecommerce website, instead.
Can my site take payments?
Web applications can: online payments through Paystack, paid into your own Paystack account, are part of the package. Resume sites and business sites do not take payments. If what you want is a shop with a cart, a catalogue and delivery, Instant Shop has all of that built in. If your payments need is bigger than one kind of payment, book a scoping session and we will say honestly what it would cost.
What if my project does not fit any package?
Book a scoping session for ₦15,000. You get a 30-minute call, a written scope and a fixed price valid for 30 days. If you go ahead, the full fee comes off the build price. We do not take every job, and the session is how we both find out.
How do I pay?
You pay 50% to start, through Paystack, and the balance on delivery once you have seen the work. Nothing is discussed before the deposit, so the scope you read on this page is the scope you get.
Do I need to buy a domain name?
No. Your domain name is included in every package. We register it in your name for the first year, so there is nothing for you to buy or set up. Tell us the name you want and we will check it is free. Premium or special-priced names are not covered, and renewal after the first year is at the registrar's normal price, which we will tell you well before it is due.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting and your domain name are included for the first year. After that, or if you want changes later, we agree a care plan. We will tell you before the year ends rather than letting your site lapse.
How long does it take?
Resume site: 2 working days. Business site: 3 working days. Web application: 5 working days. That is counted from the day the brief is agreed. Each package also includes 2 rounds of changes.
What if every slot is taken?
We limit how many builds run at the same time, so every project gets proper attention and a real delivery date. When every slot is taken, this page says so and does not take your money. Come back in a couple of weeks.
