Abandoned carts
Reaching people who nearly bought.
On Builder and Chairman, when a shopper types their email at checkout and then leaves without paying, your shop emails them once with what they left behind.
One email, ever. Not a sequence. A second message to somebody who ignored the first is not a nudge, and it is your shop's name on it.
If they come back and buy, the reminder is cancelled automatically.
You can see every abandoned cart under Abandoned carts, including which ones came back. Carts are deleted after 60 days.
