Selling

Delivering to other countries

Price delivery to any country, or the whole world.

If your customers are overseas, you can price delivery to them the same way you price Nigerian states. Setting it up Go to Delivery. Under "Your own delivery prices", choose where the price applies: Nigeria. Pick the states, exactly as before. Other countries. Search for a country and tap it, or add a whole region in one go, such as West Africa or Europe & UK. Typing UK, USA or Dubai finds the right country. Rest of the world. One price for any country you have not priced yourself. Give the zone a name, a price in naira and, if you like, how long it takes, then press Add zone. Add as many as you need. A shop that ships to the UK for one price and everywhere else for another needs two zones. What your customers see Nothing changes for customers in Nigeria. Once you have priced any other country, the delivery form on your shop gets a Country field. It lists Nigeria and the countries you have priced, or every country if you added a Rest of the world zone. It starts on the country the shopper is visiting from, when you deliver there. Outside Nigeria there is no list of states. The shopper types their address, their city and, if they have them, a state or region and a postal code. All of it goes onto the order. Which price is used If you have a zone for the shopper's own country, that price is used. If not, your Rest of the world zone is. If you have neither, they are told you do not deliver there yet. Nigeria is never covered by a Rest of the world price. Set Nigeria on its own tab. You send the parcel Weblanda does not book a courier for an order abroad. Live courier prices are for Nigeria. When an order comes in from overseas, your Orders page shows the full address, country and postal code, and you send it yourself with whoever you use. Then mark the order as fulfilled. What only works in Nigeria Free delivery, pickup and live courier prices are for customers in Nigeria. A customer abroad sees your own delivery prices and nothing else, so a free delivery offer never ships a parcel overseas for nothing. Prices and paying Every price is in naira. Customers abroad pay by card and their bank converts it on the day. Nothing about paying changes. What this does not do Prices are by country, not by city. If Accra and the rest of Ghana would cost you differently, you cannot set that yet. Zones you already have Every zone you made before this stays a Nigeria zone. "Everywhere else in Nigeria" does not turn into a price for the rest of the world.
