Selling

Keeping track of stock

What you have, and what changed it.

Every plan can adjust stock and say why: new stock arrived, a customer returned something, breakage, or a recount. Set your own low-stock level per product. Three is the default, but three is nothing if you sell sachets and plenty if you sell sofas. Stock comes down automatically when an order is paid for, never when somebody merely reaches checkout. While a shopper is paying, their items are held for a few minutes so a second shopper cannot buy the last one at the same time. On Chairman you also get the full history: every change, its reason, who made it, and what the count was afterwards. Plus what you paid, so you can see what your stock is worth and what you are making on it.
